DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN MUMBAI


Upon arrival, undergo customs procedures, collect your baggage, and proceed to the hotel transfer in Mumbai. Mumbai, formerly known as Bombay, stands as a bustling metropolis on India's western coast. Renowned as the epicenter of Bollywood, the Indian film industry, it also holds the status of India's financial capital. The city derives its name from Mumba Devi, the patron goddess worshiped by the Kolis, the first settlers of Mumbai.

DAY 2: MUMBAI


Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a city tour exploring Mumbai's colonial area, Victorian buildings, and the iconic Gateway of India. Drive past notable landmarks like Dhobi Ghat, the world's largest washermen concentration, Malabar Hill, and the famous Marine Drive, known as the "Queen's Necklace." The remainder of the day is free for leisure and personal exploration.

DAY 3: MUMBAI TO JODHPUR TO JAISALMER


After an early morning checkout from the hotel, transfer to the airport for a flight to Jodhpur. Upon arrival, meet our representative and embark on a drive to Jaisalmer. Known as the "golden city" due to its sandstone construction, Jaisalmer's houses radiate a golden hue during sunset, creating a magical ambiance.

DAY 4: JAISALMER


Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and embark on a tour of Jaisalmer, exploring the golden city dyed in sunlight at sunrise. The city, perched on a sandy rock crowned by the Fort with 99 bastions, boasts being the only inhabited fort in the world. Visit the Maharaja Mahal palace, seven Jain, and two Hindu temples within the fort. Explore the intricately carved "Havelis," ancient manor houses built by wealthy merchants. In the afternoon, experience a camel ride through the dunes and visit the "chatris," ancient tombs offering a panoramic view of the sunset.

DAY 5: JAISALMER TO JODHPUR


After breakfast, depart for Jodhpur, known as the Blue City for the color of its houses beneath the Mehrangarh fort. Founded in 1459, Jodhpur played a vital role in trade along the highway linking Delhi to Gujarat. Visit the Meherangarh Fort, showcasing well-preserved courtyards and palaces, including the Moti Mahal Palace. En route back to the city, stop at Jaswant Thada, a white marble mausoleum dedicated to Maharaja Jaswan Singh II.

DAY 6: JODHPUR TO RANAKPUR TO UDAIPUR


After breakfast, depart for Ranakpur to explore the Jain temples, known for their intricate white marble carvings. Continue the journey to Udaipur, the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Mewar, celebrated for its artificial lakes and canals.

DAY 7: UDAIPUR


Begin the day with breakfast and a visit to the Palace of the Maharajas, situated on the shores of Lake Pichola. Explore the City Palace transformed into a museum, featuring patios, kiosks, terraces, galleries, and gardens. Visit the Garden of the Bridesmaids (Sehellon Ki Bari) with its ornamental design. Conclude the day with a boat ride on Lake Pichola (subject to water level).

DAY 8: UDAIPUR TO JAIPUR


Enjoy breakfast before departing for Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, built in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II. Known as the Pink City, Jaipur's layout revolves around four grand avenues symbolizing the nine parts of the universe.

DAY 9: JAIPUR


After breakfast, visit the spectacular Amber Fort, perched on a hill and accessible by elephants or jeeps. Return to Jaipur to explore the City Palace, the Jai Singh Observatory, and the iconic Palace of the Winds (Hawa Mahal) from the outside.

DAY 10: JAIPUR TO ABHANERI TO FATEHPUR SIKRI TO AGRA


After breakfast, embark on a road trip to Agra, stopping at Abhaneri to admire medieval Rajput monuments like the Chand Baori Well and Harshat Mata Temple. Continue the journey, visiting the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar. Arrive in Agra, located on the Yamuna River.

DAY 11: AGRA


Begin the day with breakfast and a visit to the iconic Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the modern world. Explore the Red Fort, built by Emperor Akbar, and visit Mother Teresa's ashram.

DAY 12: AGRA TO JHANSI TO ORCHHA TO KHAJURAHO


After an early morning checkout, transfer to the railway station for a train to Jhansi. On arrival, proceed to Orchha, a 16th-century capital of the old Bundela dynasty. Explore the palace complex, including Raja's Palace and Jahangir Palace. Continue by road to Khajuraho.

DAY 13: KHAJURAHO TO PRAYAGRAJ


Following breakfast, visit the renowned Khajuraho Temples, known for their intricate sculptures, particularly the Lakshmana, Kandariya Mahadeva, and Devi Jagadambi temples. Depart for the holy city of Prayagraj, where the Ganges, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers converge.

DAY 14: PRAYAGRAJ TO VARANASI

DAY 16: VARANASI TO DELHI DEPARTURE (FLIGHT)


After morning breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, meet our representative for assistance and transfer to the onward flight back home.
